As the weather warms and the days get brighter, take time to rebuild your energy, improve mobility, and reset your routine.

  • Simple daily habits.

  • Your pace. Your space.

Let’s grow stronger this spring together

10 Wellness Missions

  1. Drink 8 cups of water

  2. Take a 20-minute walk (light hills or varied terrain optional)

  3. Do 5–10 minutes of mobility or joint movement

  4. Practice balance for 2 minutes (standing or supported)

  5. Do a short body-weight strength session (5–10 minutes)

  6. Practice posture or core awareness for 5 minutes

  7. Get quality sleep

  8. Eat a variety of vegetables

  9. Take one tech-free break

  10. Practice slow, controlled or mindful movement                                                                    

  • Download or pick up your Wellness Passport

  • Check off each mission as you complete it

  • Complete all 10 to receive a Wellness Reward

 Challenge Rules 

  • ✔ No skipping more than 1 day per week

  • ✔ Walk daily (minimum 10 minutes even on busy days)

  • ✔ Focus on form over speed

  • ✔ Stay consistent > perfect

  • Stay stable and balanced

  • Build strength slowly

  • Recover intentionally
