Longevity—it’s a powerful word that matters to everyone, from young people to seniors. The good news is that today, we have access to more information, technology, and supplements than ever before to support a longer, healthier life.
I consider myself one of those people who tries, searches, questions, and observes in the journey toward longevity. Here, I’d like to share some of the tools and supplements I personally use for my own support:

NOVOS Core
NOVOS Vital
NOVOS Boost
NOVOS Bar
Blueprint (Bryan Johnson) https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.com/products
Multivitamin
Virgin Olive Oil
Other Supplements & Tools
Force Factor Total Beets Soft Chews
InnovixLabs Triple Strength Omega-3
Life Extension Super K
Hydrogen Water (I make my own with a device)
* Both NOVOS and Blueprint may seem pricey at first glance, but I believe they’re worth the investment when it comes to long-term health and quality of life.
After my L5/L4 hernia surgery, I realized how important it is not just to live long, but to live well. Recovery taught me the value of:
Gentle movement: Walking, stretching, Tai Chi, and Qigong to rebuild strength.
Physical therapy: Attending PT sessions consistently, not skipping or postponing.
Supplements: Supporting recovery from the inside out with targeted nutrition.
Posture awareness: Protecting my spine in everyday movements.
Patience: Healing takes time, but every small step matters.
👉 For me, recovery is not only walking and Tai Chi—it’s the combination of constant physical therapy and the supplements I take that make me feel supported on this journey.
✨ Longevity isn’t just about years, it’s about resilience, recovery, and quality of life.
Takeaway: My 3 Keys to Recovery & Longevity
Movement → Walking, Tai Chi, Qigong
Therapy → Staying consistent with PT sessions
Supplements → Backing up recovery from the inside
