Today’s topic is something simple yet powerful: the importance of sunlight.


Keiko: What do you think is the main difference between outdoor and indoor living?

Eric: The biggest difference is the absorption of vitamin D. When I’m outside, I feel the sun’s energy fueling me. I can’t stay inside all day without feeling the need to step out and bathe in the sun.


Keiko: Why do you feel such a strong need to go outdoors?

Eric: Being indoors too long makes me restless. Fresh air and sunlight recharge me in a way that four walls never could.


Keiko: Do you think spending time outside affects mood or health?

Eric: Absolutely. Sunlight isn’t just about vitamin D—it also lifts your mood, clears your mind, and makes you feel more alive.
